Frequently asked questions
How does remote support work?
You book a time, I send a secure link, and with your permission I connect to your device to diagnose and fix the problem while you watch.
What does "no fix, no fee" mean?
If I can't resolve the issue you booked me for, you aren't charged for that session. Simple as that.
What experience do you have?
Over 15 years in IT, including work at CSIRO. I'm CCNA and PRINCE2 certified, so I cover both technical fixes and properly managed projects.
Can you manage our company devices?
Yes. I set up and run device management with Microsoft Intune or Google Workspace, so laptops and phones are enrolled, patched, encrypted and can be wiped if lost. I can also set up Google Family Link and other parental controls for personal and family devices.
Is it safe to let you connect remotely?
Yes. Sessions use encrypted remote tools, you approve every connection, and you can end the session at any time.
Ready to talk it through?
